Royal Mail have been doing random spot checks on all our battery consignments and this has been causing customers unwanted delays. To avoid this in future we now send all batteries on an express service. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

The express service requires a signature on delivery and must be ordered before 2pm for next working day delivery. The courier does not deliver on a weekend or bank holidays.
